چکیده

Numerical simulations of groundwater flow are used to analyze and predict the response an aquifer system its change in state by approximating solution fundamental physical equations. The most classical methodologies, such as Finite Difference (FD) Element (FE) Methods, use iterative solvers which associated with high computational cost. This study proposes a physics-based convolutional encoder-decoder neural network surrogate model quickly calculate system. Holding strong promise cross-domain mappings, networks applicable for learning complex input-output mappings systems. manuscript presents Attention U-Net that attempts capture relations generates solutions hydraulic head whole domain given set parameters boundary conditions. accurately predicts steady highly heterogeneous locations piezometric up 3 wells input. learns pay attention only relevant parts generated field corresponds target samples great detail. Even relative coarse finite difference approximations proposed is shown be significantly faster than comparative state-of-the-art numerical solver, thus providing base further development presented models prediction.

A Petri-net Model for Operational Cycle in SCADA Systems

Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system monitors and controls industrial processes in critical infrastructures (CIs) and plays the vital role in maintaining the reliability of CIs such as power, oil, and gas system. In fact, SCADA system refers to the set of control process, which measures and monitors sensors in remote substations from a control center. These sensors usually ha...

investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures

deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
